Refund Policy

1. Rent & Fees
   Rent is non-refundable once paid. Monthly rent payments secure access to your unit for that rental period, even if the unit is vacated early. Administrative fees, lock purchases, and insurance premiums (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
2. Prepaid Rent
   If you prepay multiple months in advance and vacate early, a prorated refund of unused, fully unused months may be issued upon request. Partial months are not refunded once they have begun. Any promotional or discounted rates are void if early termination occurs, and standard rates may be applied to calculate refunds.
3. Security Deposits
   Security deposits are refundable after move-out, provided the unit is left broom-clean and undamaged, and the account balance is paid in full. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days.
4. Move-In / Move-Out Timing
   Rent is not prorated at move-out; tenants are responsible for the full rental period if any portion of it is used. At move-in, rent may be prorated if occupancy begins after the 1st of the month, depending on facility policy.
5. Refund Method
   Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, ACH, or check). Cash refunds are not provided. Refund processing can take up to 10 business days. We do not provide refunds due to non-use of the storage unit. It is the tenant’s responsibility to notify management and properly vacate the unit if they no longer wish to rent
